Our company, based on the tradition and foundations of the former Békéscsaba Animal Health Institute, was founded in 2001 as a public diagnostic laboratory.
Our primary goal was to help the animal health situation of Viharsarok, called the “pantry” of the country, and to serve the needs of animal keepers.

Our services:

  • Pathological, histopathological and parasitological examination of farm animals and domestic animals (mammals and birds)
  • Bacteriological examination of samples of animal origin (eggs, milk, skin, faeces, urine).
  • Immunological examination of mammalian and bird blood

In 2005, our laboratory obtained the ISO 17025:2005 certification of the National Accreditation Authority, from which we switched to the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard in 2021. This also enables the examination of official samples of accredited examinations. We are also a designated salmonella testing and serotyping laboratory. According to Article 37 of Regulation EU 2017/625 of the European Parliament and the Council, we are a laboratory designated for official tasks. Due to the above developments, our favorable prices and our quick reporting of results, our area of operation covers the entire country. We currently receive test materials from 18 counties.
